DMCA Policy for Zohana Bulaåÿma Imdb

Zohana Bulaåÿma Imdb ("we", "us", or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), the text of which can be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Zohana Bulaåÿma Imdb service and/or website (the "Service") if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the Zohana Bulaåÿma Imdb Service, please notify our Copyright Agent by sending a "Notification of Claimed Infringement" as described below. Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

The counter-notification must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:
